Exchange & Refund Guidelines

Since all items at Anum Bilal Couture are crafted on a made-to-order basis, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on a change of preference or dissatisfaction with style, color, or design.
However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit—provided that:
1. The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.
2. You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
3. The issue will be verified by us.
Requests made after the 48-hour mark will not be considered.

For International Clients (Deliveries within Pakistan)
If your international order is being delivered to a Pakistan address, it is the recipient’s responsibility to check the parcel upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours.Beyond this period, no refund, exchange, or dispute will be accepted.
